1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing omji.co.in or making a booking through Omji Spiritual Stays, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site or our booking services.

2. About Omji

Omji Spiritual Stays helps yatris find and book stays at partner ashrams and dharamshalas across Varanasi, Ayodhya, Vrindavan, Yamunotri and Uttarkashi. Each property is independently managed; Omji acts as the booking and support partner between you and the ashram.

3. Bookings and Reservations

A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from us or from our booking engine. Rooms are subject to availability, and certain ashrams may apply their own eligibility or occupancy conditions. Please ensure the guest name, dates and contact details on your booking are accurate.

4. Rates, Taxes and Payment

Displayed rates are per room per night unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Applicable taxes and any ashram-level charges such as donation or seva contributions will be shown before payment. Our reservation and payment flow is powered by Djubo (Saaranya Hospitality Technologies Pvt. Ltd.).

5. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times are published on each ashram’s page. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract a charge. A valid government photo ID is required for every adult guest at check-in.

6. Ashram Conduct and House Rules

Ashrams are places of worship and daily practice. Guests are requested to respect prayer and silence hours, dress modestly, and keep shared spaces clean. Alcohol, tobacco, non-vegetarian food and loud music are not permitted on ashram premises. The ashram may decline or end a stay where house rules are not observed.

7. Cancellations, Modifications and Refunds

Cancellations, date changes and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Guest Responsibilities

You are responsible for the safety of your own belongings, for the conduct of guests travelling with you, and for any damage caused to ashram property during your stay. Please inform us in advance of any accessibility, dietary or medical requirements so we can check what the ashram can support.

9. Limitation of Liability

Omji facilitates bookings and support but does not own or operate partner ashrams. To the extent permitted by law, Omji is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, road closures, temple or administrative restrictions.

10. Third-Party Services

Our site links to and relies on third-party services for bookings, payments, maps and communication. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to the parts of your journey they handle.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, photographs, logos and design, belongs to Omji or its partners and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect from the date it is published on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the update.
